A letter was read frogs Iti'lrs. S. C. Roth dated Dovember 2, 1960, in vrhich
she requested the rezoning of Bel Lido lot 22 in Block 2, and in which
she objected to the assessed value placed on said lot. The Town Prlanager
read reports dated November 14, 1960 on these taro matters and after a
full discussion it was the consensus of the commissioners that the pro-

the Town lV?anager in his retorts. Comm. Turner moved that the request
for rezoning be denied and that the Town ~~anager be authorized to ar-

The Tos~m Tulanager reported verbally on some further information about
the the beach shelter which the Coxsriission had ordered removed at the
meeting on 6ntober 18, 1960. There was evidence that the boys involved
vJith the shelter were not to blar~.e for the noise and nuisance complain-
ed of. The Commissioners were still convinced that there was a serious
responsibility if they permitted the shelter to remain. The Town ?t4ana-
ger suggested that he be permitted to contact the parents of some of
the boys and see if they would sponsor the activities of the group and
agree to be responsible for the conduct of affairs at the shelter.
