Noble at ?:3D p.a, on August 4, 1959. Town Mgr. Hartwig was als© present but no other commissioners were on hand as it was known that a majority of the members were out of town. So for lack of a quorum, Comm. Noble declared the meeting recessed until ?:30 p.m. on ,August 25, 1959. The recessed meeting of August 4, 1959 was called to order by Mayor Eypel at ?:30 p.m. on August 25, 1959. Town Manager Hartwig was also present but no other members oP the Commission were present and for lack of a quorum Mayor ~ypel declared the meeting ad3ourn- ed sine die. The regular monthly meeting was called to order at ?:3D p.m. by ~, Gmmm. Noble on Sept®mber 1, 1959, Town Manager Hartwig was present also. No other commissioners were on hand as it was known there would not be enough in Town to make a quorum. Lacking a quorum, Cow. Noble declared the meeting recessed until ?:30 p.m. on September 8, 1959. XX The regular monthly meeting recessed Prom September 1, 1959 was Balled to order by Comm.
