Cohen, Ch. Code Enforcement Board At a quarterly meeting on April 17, there was discussion regarding a violation of which the board took action on March 8, 2002, and found defendant to be guilty. The discussion was to understand and clarify if a guilty defendant should be responsible for any costs incurred by the town (i.e.) attorney fees, payment to board members for attendance at special meetings, etc. As there does not appear to be a process regarding same, the board asks that the Town Attorney clarify this and the Town Commission consider putting a procedure in place.
