members of the general public.
Chairman Reidenberg asked to be placed in the minutes, that if any member is not going
to be present, that they contact either himself or Jane indicating the reason for not
appearing, so the Chairman may grant permission to do so in accordance with the rules
and make a record that permission was granted. It was noted that Mr. Halpern, Mr. Sahn
and Ms. Wolin notified Chairman Reidenberg or Jane of their absence today.

Old Business
Update on Case No. 2008-01 - 3719 S. Ocean Blvd. -Marco Musa Holdings, LTD
Mr. Dawson presented the following update:
• .Discussed situation with Mr. Musa's attorney. Boat trailer needs to be removed from
front yard. Attorney said no to inspecting interior of house. Mr. Musa is proceeding with
plans to tear down and build a new house. The DEP permit is about to run out and must
be extended, which is easier to renew with a house on the lot. As soon as the permit is
extended, the hope is that the house will be torn down. The fine is still in effect.
Chairman asked if Mr. Corman should make contact with Mr. Musa's attorney about the
issues at hand. It was felt that the contact should be with Mr. Dawson, who in turn will
contact Mr. Corman if he needs legal assistance. Mr. Dawson noted that another claim
of violation may need to be sent if the wave runners are still in the front of the house in
the next few days. An update will be made at the July meeting and Mr. Dawson will
speak to Mr. Musa's attorney about removing the wave runners from the front of the
house.
Workshou - AlA Obstructions.
The Board members reviewed the draft list of Al A obstructions. Attorney Corman
noted that the DOT could remove any of the offensive items from AIA, but the Town
also has the legal position to act upon and do this itself.
As the full board was not present at today's meeting, the Chair suggested deferring the
approval of the conditions until the July meeting. He asked the recording clerk to notify
the absent members that the list will be formalized at the July meeting and to please be
present to discuss for possible approval and recommendation to the Town Commission.
