All meetings of the Community Appearance Board are open to the public. The owner,
architect and landscape architect are. urged to attend. Each applicant must familiarize
himself with 'the Board Criteria and Procedure. An application is required for each
part of a project; building and grounds, sales office trailer, signs, etc. One copy of
each application form is adequate.
REVIEW - All boxes below must be checked by the applicant to indicate all
requirements have been met, or marked "NA" if not applicable. Each application
form must be accompanied by four sets of building and landscape drawings; complete
in every respect. Plans must show approval by Highland Beach Planning Board.

tolerance ratings. either 0, 1 or 2 per Xeriscape Plant Guide,
Donselman & Broschat, South Florida Water Management District, 1987.
