Meeting was called to order 7:30 PM by Mayor Hackman at whose
order the meeting was held.
Present: Mayor Hackman, Viee-Mayor Noble, Commissioners Bunn,
• Wingle and Beekman, Also present were Attorney Mowry and Dr. Dailey,
Town manager, and Mrs. Mognet Town Secretary.
the general purpose of the meeting was to clarify financial proceedures
relative to the payment of salaries, use of requisitions for payment,
and the general disbursement of Town funds so as to be in accord with
provisions of the Town Charter.
Copies of the Audit dated April 30, 1967 were given each Commissioner.
This audit was made by the firm of Guthrie, Jacobs & Eubanks,
Certified Public Accountants, Boca Raton and Palm Beach.
It was generally agreed that after a review of the Audit a buget is
to be prepared for the coming financial year.
Separate bank accounts for the Mater Plant and was agreed to be
advisable.
Bonding of Town Employees up to the largest amounts for which they
could be held liable was recommended.
The salary of Mrs. Mognet, was agreed to be ~ 110.00 per week,
60.00 of this to be paid by the town and X50.00 by the Water Plant.
