PAGE 2 NOVEMBER 1 , 1966 Dr. Dailey asked the Commission its feelings on a proposed hotel to be built on Ocean front and the question of the feasibility of the builder-owner obtaining a liquor. license. Mayor Hackman stated that they would first have to bring their plans before the Zoning Board, and if all regulations were in accord with the local,. State and County regulations covering liquor license, the Commission would welcome such an addition to the Town. After some heated discussion it was agreed that first the builder must present his plans and references to the Zoning Committee and Mayor Hackman stated that he would then welcome such an addition .
