A meeting called by Mayor Hackan at the ,west of Townanager D'aa.le~y to release the $10,000.00 performance. bond for completion of impro~Ye ents in Bel Lido Subdivisic and. express opinions on other matters needing near future decisions . All commissioner were .present. a=t ~+~ Town Manager Dailey advised that the engineering firm of john Grant Jr, reported that~i all improvements had been completed and recommended that release of the $10 , 000.0~'f' bond be made. A short discussion disclosed that most of the commissioners had made;r ~'~ personal inspection and felt that the needed work had been done. =~tesolution 129, releasing this performance bond was passed on the motion of Commis- . sinner Bunn, seconded by Commissioner Jones and the affirmative vote of all commis-` ~sioners . ~ ~ Resolution 129 is included in these minutes as pages 2 .After a general discussion of water plant planning progress, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 A.M.
