Also present were Cemmtra Beekman, Jones, l~oble & Turner and Town Manager Hertwig. Minute, of the meeting of March 2, 196l~., were road and approved on mention of Comm. '1'Trner, seconded bT Comm. fines and th® affirmative •®tea of Commis B®el~an, h'~pel, Jones, Mobls & Turner. The T®wn Manager requested approval ®f palment of the fallowing items; #1078 to Bird Plectric Motor Works for job en burned out motor X180.00, x#1079 to Braw-ard Pump Co. for service on motor buPn out 30.00, ~i0$0 to Bodel Printing Co. for envelopes and License Blanks ~7.l~0 ~i081 to Paul M7ers Plumbing Co. foF special meter fittings 9.95, ,1082 to Gold Coast Offico Supply for Reeves Copier ~6l~.70, 10 3 to Gedne~, J®hnston & Lilienthal for basic retainer as Tewn Attornef X300.00. Cseum. Turner moved that the itemms as mentioned be approved for pa~nent. Comas. Jones seconded the motion and it was approved b~ the atfirmmative votes of Cemm~rs Beekman, impel, Jonos, Aoble & Turner. The Town Manager advised that the appointment of the Town Attorney waa due for men®wal it the Commmissien so wished and if the tirsa s~f attorn- e,s waa agreeable t• renewal. Coma. Beekman moved that the Town tanager b® authorised to roques# the Firm rf Gedne', JeZusstn & Lilienthal t• accept r®-appointmmsnt on the same basis as last year. Csaamm. Noble s®conded the emotion which was approved b7 the affirmmative votes of Co~s~rs Bee~san, Impel, Jones, Roble ~ Turner. The Town Manager advised that the MaTor hnd issued the proper n®tices for the elections scheduled to be held this spring and he presented the official filing affidavits et those persons who had"qualified as candidates for the several Town offices. Said affidavits were accomm- anted b~ a certiticatien of the Town Clerk and prepared Resolnten 123, relative thereie.
