The existing wooden dock is 5 feet from the western edge of the seawall and will be replaced with a concrete more secure and safe dock and deck. (d) That literal interpretation of the provisions of this ordinance would deprive the applicant of the rights commonly enjoyed by other properties in the same district under the terms of this ordinance and would work unnecessary and undue hardship on the applicant.
