1980.01.24_TC_Minutes_SpecialTOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH, FLORIDA Minutes of Meeting of Town Commission Public Hearing Special Exception January 24, 1980 9:15 P.M. After ADJOURNING the Public Hearing on Zoning, Mayor Horton immediately called to order the Public Hearing for a Special Exception. Those in attendance were: Mayor Horton, Vice Mayor Storm and Com- missioners Bauer, Blosser and Genovese. Also in attendance were: Elaine W. Roberts, Town Manager; Town Attorney Thomas E. Sliney and Helen R. Carpenter, Deputy Town Clerk. Mayor Horton announced that this Public Hearing had been called for the purpose of consideration of the request for a Special Exception under Section 4.4 (e) (16) of Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Highland Beach, Florida, made by Digby C. Bridges, Agent for Baker, • Ammann & Whitney, Inc., Re: Lot 71E, 3621 South Ocean Boulevard, Highland Beach, Florida 33431. This was duly advertised in the Sun-Sentinel on Wednesday, December 19, 1979. Mr. Bridges presented his request for a Special Exception on Lot 71E. Mr. Hamzik, Building Official, stated that he had reviewed this request, as well as did the Planning Commission, and both he and the Planning Commission gave their approval to this request. Approval letter from Planning Commission is an attachment to these minutes. MOTION by Commissioner Genovese and seconded by Commissioner Bauer that this Special Exception be granted. In polling the Commission, all Commissioners voted in favor of granting this Special Exception. The Public Hearing ADJOURNED at 9:20 P.M.
