SUMMARY/BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the December 12, 2019 Planning Board meeting, the Board approved to continue this item to the
January 9, 2020 Board meeting and requested that the Applicant provide landscape and drainage plans,
correct grades and elevation if deficient and adjust the parking configuration, as necessary, to meet the
Town Code. At the January 9, 2020 Planning Board meeting, the Board approved to continue the item to
the next meeting since the Applicant had not yet submitted the requested materials prior to the routing of
the meeting agenda packets on January 3, 2020.
The Applicant submitted electronic and hardcopy versions of the requested items on January 7th and
January 9th , respectively. Staff has reviewed the drainage and landscape plans and has determined they
are consistent with the Town's Code of Ordinances. Pursuant to Section 30-69 of the Town's Code of
Ordinances, two (2) parking spaces per unit are required in the Residential Multiple-Family Low-Density
(RML) zoning district. The Applicant is required� to provide six ( 6) parking spaces and the property
currently contains six (6) parking spaces. As part of the Applicant's submitted drainage plan, they are
proposing to replace the current asphalt parking area with pavers to allow for both a cohesive design and
proper drainage. Note that changes to the current asphalt parking area were not included in the scope of
the project as provided in the December 12, 2019 Planning Board staff report.

ARCHITECTURE FOR APPROVAL TO RENOVATE A 4 UNIT BUILDING TO
