The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing improvements and construct a new, two-story, single family residence. The new residence is proposed at approximately 7,136 square feet under air with a 3 car garage for a total impervious footprint of approximately 3,297 square feet. A new in-ground pool, spa, and boat dock are also proposed.
