YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Town Commission of the Town of Highland Beach
will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 1:30 PM in the Commission
Chambers at Town Hall, 3614 South Ocean Boulevard, Highland Beach, Florida to consider the
following application:
REQUEST SUBMITTED BY DECOY INVESTMENT LLC. THE
PROPERTY LOCATION IS, 3615 S. OCEAN BLVD, HIGHLAND
BEACH, FL. 33487
APPLICATION #19-0342 — APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO
CONSTRUCT A COURTYARD AND EXPAND A DRIVEWAY TO
ACCOMMODATE MORE VEHICLES, EXTENDING INTO THE
AREA THAT IS CURRENTLY VACANT. THE PROPERTY
CONTAINS A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE AND A VACANT SIDE
YARD. THIS WILL INCLUDE INSTALLATION OF A DOUBLE
RETAINING WALL, HARDSCAPING, LANDSCAPING, A NEW
ENTRANCE CONNECTING TO S. OCEAN BOULEVARD, AND
LANDSCAPE LIGHTING.
The application is available for inspection in the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall, Monday
through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
