will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 9:30 AM in the Commission
Chambers at Town Hall, 3614 South Ocean Boulevard, Highland Beach, Florida to consider the
following application:
APPLICATION #19-0342 (DECOY INVESTMENTS LLC) — PROPOSES TO
CONSTRUCT A COURTYARD AND EXPAND A DRIVEWAY TO
ACCOMMODATE MORE VEHICLES,EXTENDING INTO THE AREA THAT IS
CURRENTLY VACANT. THE PROPERTY CONTAINS A SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENCE AND A VACANT SIDE YARD. THIS WILL INCLUDE
INSTALLATION OF A DOUBLE RETAINING WALL, HARDSCAPING,
LANDSCAPING, A NEW ENTRANCE CONNECTING TO S. OCEAN
