STAFF REPORT
The applicant is proposing to install a 30,000 lb boat lift on 4 concrete piles on a boat dock adjacent to the Ocean Cove development. West of the Ocean Cove development there is a walkway leading to a dock/walkway that runs parallel to the coast line. Built onto the linear dock/walkway are docks that are perpendicular to the dock/walkway.
The applicant wishes to have the 30,000 lb boatlift installed on dock no. 21.
The applicant has obtained both Army Corps and DEP permits.
