THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 443 FEET OF STEEL SHEET PILES, 42 PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BATTER PILES, NEW CAST IN PLACE CONCRETE SEAWALL CAP, AND PARTIAL REMOVAUREPAIR OF 9 WOOD FINGER DOCKS. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection in the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall, 3614 So. Ocean Boulevard, Highland Beach, Florida 33487. All interested persons are encour- aged to attend the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.
