BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING
Tuesday, November 9, 2004 2:00 P.M.
Chairperson Joseph Sarubbi called the Public Hearing to order in
Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were Vice
Chair Merton Rubin, Joseph Yucht and Peter Corrales, Barbara Eagel,
Jack Halpern and Michael Hill. Also in attendance was Building
Official Bob Dawson and Town Attorney Tom Sliney and members of the
general public.

This meeting was called to hear Variance No. 10-4~1-84:
Request submitted by Jeffrey H. Norman, for property located at 4104
S. Ocean Blvd., Lot 44, requesting partial reduction of front
setback from 40 feet to 25 feet.
Recording Secretary swore in all who would be testifying.
This property is currently a five unit apartment complex in poor
condition. Applicant wishes to demolish existing buildings and
construct a two unit single family dwelling/duplex.
After discussion, and with no public input, the following MOTION was
• made by MR. YUCHT/MR. HALPERN:
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS GRANTS APPROVAL FOR
A PARTIAL REDUCTION OF THE FRONT SETBACK FROM 40 FEET TO
25 FEET FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4104 S. OCEAN BLVD.;
APPLICANT: JEFF NORMAN.
MOTION carried unanimously.
MOTION to adjourn was made by MR. YUCHT/MR. HALPERN at 2:30 p.m.
