BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WORKSHOP MEETING

Chairperson Joseph Sarubbi called the Workshop Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 2:00 P.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were Vice
Chair Merton Rubin, Joseph Yucht. Peter Corrales, Barbara Eagel,
Jack Halpern and Michael Hill. Also in attendance was Building
Official Bob Dawson and Town Attorney Tom Sliney.
This meeting was called to hear the following Variances.
NO. 06-04-74. REQUEST SUBMITTED BY JEFFREY H. NORMAN,
PRESIDENT, OCEAN COVE, INC., GENERAL PARTNER, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4020 SOUTH OCEAN BLVD., LOT 10 (OCEAN COVE.)

This request is to demolish a building containing 4 apartments and

This request is to demolish existing one story apartments and

MOTION to adjourn was made by MR. SARUBBI/MR. RUBIN at 4:25 p.m.
The Board then proceeded to conduct site visits.
