Chairperson Barbara Kane called the Quarterly Meeting to order in Commission
Chambers at 9:30 A,M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were Chair Barbara Kane, Vice
Chair Betty Jane Hofstadter, Secretary Joseph A. Sarubbi, Joseph S. Yucht, Barbara G.
Eagel and Merton Rubin. Rosalind Gatewood was absent. Also in attendance was
Town Attorney Thomas E. Sliney, Building Official Robert Dawson and members of the
general public.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon MOTIONby MRS. HOFSTADTER/MR.RUBIN,the minutes of the Apri116, 2002
Quarterly Meeting were unanimously approved. Upon MOTIONby MR. SARUBBI/MRS.
EAGEL, the minutes of the June 13, 2002 Workshop Meetings were unanimously
approved.
OTHER BUSINESS
With no other business to come before the Board, MOTIONto adjourn was made by MR.
RUBIN/MR.SARUBBI at 9:40 a.m.

Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were Chair
Barbara Kane, Vice-Chair Betty Jane Hofstadter, Sec. Joseph A.
Sarubbi, Joseph S. Yucht, Barbara G. Eagel and Merton Rubin.
Rosalind Gatewood was absent. Also present were Attorney Thomas
E.Sliney, Building Official Bob Dawson and members of the general
public.
Chairperson Kane stated that the Public Hearing was being held to
hear the following Petition for Variance. Recording secretary
noted that all requirements for publication and certified mailings
had been made, and swore in all who would be testifying.

Bob Massarelli presented application to the Board, noting that the
neighbors with the existing 6 foot wall behind them had no
objection to the wall being raised to 8 feet.
Correspondence from Mrs. Milani was read into record objecting to
requested variances.
After all concerns were addressed, the following MOTION was made by

VARIANCE REQUEST NO. 06-02-72A and 06-02-72B: THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 4701 SOUTH OCEAN BLVD. APPLICANT PALM BEACH COUNTY. ALL
FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS WERE MET PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 30-67 OF THE
TOWN CODE.
MOTION met with unanimous rollcall vote.
With no other business to come before the Board, MOTION to adjourn
was made by MR. SARUBBI/MR. RUBIN at 10:15 a.m.
