BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
QUARTERLY MEETING
Tuesday April 17 2001 9:30 A.M.
Chairman James F. Niehoff called the Quarterly Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman James F. Niehoff, Secretary Barbara Kane and Members Betty
Jane Hofstadter, John De Marco, Rosalind Gatewood, Joseph A. Sarubbi
and Joseph S. Yucht.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon MOTION by MRS . KANE/MRS . HOFSTADTER, the minutes of the January
17, 2001 Quarterly Meeting were unanimously approved.
NEW BUSINESS
Election of Vice-Chairman
Upon MOTION by Mr. Niehoff/Mrs. Hofstadter, BARBARA KANE was
nominated as VICE-CHAIRMAN.
• Upon MOTION by Mr. Niehoff/Mrs. Kane, BETTY JANE HOFSTADTER was
nominated at SECRETARY.
Motions met with unanimous approval.
OTHER BUSINESS
With no other business to come before the Board, MOTION to adjourn
was made by MRS. KANE/MR. DE MARCO at 9:40 a.m.
