TOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
QUARTERLY MEETING MINUTES
Tuesday, April 21, 1998 9.30 A M
Chairman Neil W. Burd called the Quarterly Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman Neil W. Burd, Secretary James J. Niehoff, Members Robert
L. Lowe, Leonard D.Bell, Betty Jane Hofstadter and Barbara Kane.
Victor P. Hadeed was absent.
Building Official Bob Dawson was also present.
NEW BUSINESS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon MOTION by MR. BANE/MR. LOWE, the minutes of the January 20,
1998 Quarterly Meeting were approved.
NEW BUSINESS
Chairman Burd presented a Certificate of Appreciation to former
Board of Adjustment Chairman Hal Cohen for his many years of
dedication and service on the Board.
Mr. Dawson brought the Board Members up to date on assorted
projects in town, and answered questions they had.
With no further business to come before the Board at this time,
MOTION to adjourn was made by MR. LOWE/MRS. HOFSTADTER at 10:00
a.m.
