MINUTES: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT -WORKSHOP MEETING-TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER`13, 1977.
BEDOTTO/BACCARI, REQUEST FOR VARIANCE.
Chairman Horton called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., advising this
was a Workshop Meeting of the Board of Adjustment, called to set a date
for a public hearing for the request for a variance for the dwelling pre-
sently under construction at 4308 Tranquility Drive, Lot 5, Block 3, Sub-
division Bel Lido. The Agenda is Attachment "A".
Present: L. Y. Horton, L. Brotzman, R. Blosser
Absent: R. C. Frederick, Col. F. C. Scofield, Jr., F. J.
Carberry, (Alt.)
Chairman Horton read from the petition for variance presented by Carmine
and Carol D. Bedotto (Attachment "B"), and noted that if the petition is
granted, the effect would be to reduce a portion of the rear yard setback
by two feet. Following a reading of the petition, and general discussion
Chairman Horton advised he would entertain a motion to set a date for a
Public Hearing with due public notice to consider the petition as presented.
Mr. Brotzman offered the motion, seconded by Mr. Blosser, to hold a Public
Hearing, with due public notice, on Tuesday, October 4, 1977, at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Blosser, Mr. Brotzman and Chairman Horton voted "Aye", the motion was
approved. Chairman Horton suggested that members of the Board examine the
property described in the petition, prior to the Public Hearing.
On a motion made by Mr. Brotzman, seconded by Mr. Blosser, the Board unani-
mously agreed to schedule the public hearing for Tuesday, October 4, 1977,
at 7:30 p.m.
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting to be
adjourned.
