Building Official and the Code Enforcement Officer provide a quarterly report to the
Code Enforcement Board at a meeting that consists of a listing of the code violations that
have been processed and resolved without coming to the Board.
By consensus, the Board agreed that Chair Resnick meet with the Building Official to
coordinate receiving a quarterly report at a Board meeting with the Building Official and
Code Enforcement Officer present.

Chair Resnick made known that previous board members were proactive in reporting
code violations to the Building Department, and this board should move forward in those
steps. Member Kravit stated that the Code Enforcement Board is not a policing agency
and should not conduct itself as one. Chair Resnick agreed and clarified by stating to
report a violation merely as a citizen of the Town.
