Minutes -- Highland Beach Town Commission December 12 1952
A regular monthly meeting.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Totterdale at 7:45 p.
` Also present were Comm. Harmon, Smith do Hertwig. Comma Skillman
was absent being out of towno
Minutes of the meeting of llA2/52 were read and approved on motion
of Comm *' Harmon, seconded by Comm. Smith and approved by affiamm=
ative votes of all four commissioners present.
On motion of Comm: Smith, seconded by Comm. Harmon, and passed
by affirmative votes of all four commissioners present, the Town
Treasurer was authorised and directed to pay Jack Carver, the sum
of .$1.53. 1 90 for completion of the road to the north pump house.'

by affirmative votes of ail four com i 8sioners present, the Town.
Treasurer was authorized to pay current bills properly due
to report such payment at a later meeting for ratification.
The clerk read reports by Comm. Harmon and Hertwig, dated Dec.
1st and 2nd respectively, dealing with complaints and remedies
for the rust condition in the Town water supply. There was a
general discussion of the matter and by general agreement it
` was decided that all commissioners would give consideration to
this subject continuously in order to effect a remedy.
The meeting was adjourned on motion of Comm. Smith, seconded by
Comm. Harmon and affirmative votes of all four commissioners
