except Mrs. Mumford.
Vice Mayor Dent initiated discussion regarding the new proposed Zoning
Ordinances, which will be presented to the Town Commission within the next
few weeks. Discussion followed.

the Urbanek case. Discussion followed regarding future building in the Town
and the dune setback ordinance recently passed by the County Commission.

the Water Plant and what happens during a power failure. Discussion followed
and Commissioner Jurisch stated he will look into an automatic power converter
that would suffice even during a hurricane.

Town for several days and that he notified Chief Jones about it. There is
some question as to the definition of "commercial vehicle", and after
discussion, it was decided to have Mr. DiCampli check the license plate.
Commissioner Jurisch asked for suggestions as to how to get Brockway, Owen and
Anderson to finish the electrical system for the two new wells. A round
table discussion was suggested and Commissioner Jurisch said he will write
Brockway a letter and will follow up when he returns in two weeks.
Commissioner Joy reported the storm drain has been completed in front of
Penthouse Highlands by the Department of Transportation, which will drain
the storm water from AlA into the Penthouse storm drainage inlet.
