1973.09.07_TC_Minutes_Special MINUTES: SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN COMMISSION - September 7, 1973 At 2:45 P.M. the meeting was called to order. This meeting was called by Mayor Horton and Commissioners Gilday and Joy for the purpose of discussing and voting on the motion taken by the Commission on Wednesday, September 5, 1973, Urbanek proposal. Present were: Mayor Horton, Vice Mayor Dent, and Commissioners Gilday and Joy; Commissioner Mumford was absent. Vice Mayor Dent offered the motion, seconded by Commissioner Gilday that the Commission rescind its affirmative vote given to Mr. Urbanek at the Special Meeting held on Wednesday, September 5, which would permit the builder to redistribute certain units east of A -1 -A. The concern was that the proposal might have some effect•on the Comprehensive Plan for the development of Highland Beach, and it was felt that both Bair Abernathy and Robert Leary should be apprised of the matter before any further action be taken. The Commission, and the builder's liason representative, Mr. Totz discussed the proposal. �./ Vice Mayor Dent was to inform the Land Planner of the proposal and a copy of the advice to be sent to Mr. Urbanek. The motion, as stated above, was unaminously approved by Mayor Horton, Vice Mayor Dent and Commissioners Gilday and Joy. The special meeting was concluded at 3:15 P.
