forth in the Tolvai Code, pa ge 16, section 3 and thus became a fully

t"ayor I;L'otterdale presented estirnte of H. L. Cror-er, quoting = 243-00
for installing an extra fire hydrant on a tee no in place. By gen-
eral agreement it i considered advisable to have the hydrant in-
stalled and to place it on the existing tee about c or 900 feet
south of the property of Roger Skillman. The installation i,,ras au-
thorized at the price of *-,X243000 on motion of Comm. Smith, seconded
by Comm. Pickavell and the affirmative votes of all five commissioners.
There was discussion about discoloration of the water and the pro-
blems arising fro* flushing the i:Tater mains. Also about marking
the locations of the valves in the irater main and itether there
imas need for painting or maintenance work at the water plant. Comm.
Hertwig that if it could be done at moderate cost it might be -V�riee
at this time to have Engineer Brock-,,Tay make a general check-up of
the Water System. Comm* Smith moved that a committee be appointed
to discuss the questions i-Ath 1 Brockway. Yzyzx The motion 1,ras
seconded by Corzio Herti7ig and approved by affirmative votes of all
five commissioners present. Mayor Totterdale stated that he T,
often in contact writh f -ir. Brockway and offered to serve as the
committee, which liras generally agreed to.
Corm Hertwig reported concerning a !-x. Green lv*ho v7as camping on
the property of Henry J. Miller, in violation of a number of lags
of the Torn, By general agreement Gon-m# Smith & Hertwig were ap-
pointed a corimittee to instruct Mr. Green he Would have to move.
Corimi. Hert-v-Tig as_)Toi-. treasurer advised that an audit of the Tar
accounts I-ras indicated at this time and by general agreement was
requested to inveatip the question of cost and personnel.

previously adopted Tovm Resolution #20 and after the ordinan
was read in full Comm., Hertwig moved that it be approved an it t s
first reading and posted on the Town bulletin board. Core-;. Harmon
seconded the motion and it was passed by affirmative votes of
Comm.. Harmon, Pickn=rell, Smith, Totterdale and Hertwig.
On notion of Co . Harmon., seconded. by Comm.. Smith and approved by
affirmative votes of all five co issioners present the meeting was
adjourned.
