Equalization Boa stated that he had examined the Tax Roll prior
to the ffieeting and that if there were no objections - `he would ask
the clerk to read prepared resolution #33 which follows

HOW I THE BE IT SOLVEH that said read estate and tangible
persowl tax roll for 1952, as submitted by the Town Tax
Assessor, be and the sme is hereby equalised and adjusted as

and equal as to valuations*
