a bid bo in place of the check as'ealled for by the specifica-

Bonding Company stating that a proper bid bond was in the mail,
and offered to re- inforee same by a personal check in the necess-
ary amount. The Town Manager asked whether any one of the bidders
present would object if the Town took under consideration all of
the bids submitted. All present stated that they had no objection
to consideration of all the bids submitted and it was also noted
that the Town in its advertising as well as in the specifications,
reserved the right to waive technicalities.
After some discussion Comm. Turner moved that the bids be submit-
ted Aw &h® to the Town Engineer for for kiw tabulation and anal-
ysis and that the contract be awarded to the Blue Water Contractors
Inc, if their apparent low bid proved acceptable. Comm. Jones sec-

The Town Manager presented proof of publication of advertising
calling for bids for the Collection and Removal of Garbage and
