1995.03.28_TC_Minutes_Special~^- -~ .~~ . , TOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH MINUTES OF TOWN COMMISSION MEETING SPECIAL MEETING Tuesday, March 28, 1995 3.15 P M Mayor Arlin Voress called the Special Meeting to order in Commission Chambers at 3:15 P.M., stating its purpose was as follows: DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH AND RESOLUTION TRUST CORPORATION REGARDING CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF THE HIGHLAND BEACH TOWN HALL ON STATE ROAD AlA AND DESCRIBED AS TOWN LOTS 62, 65 AND 69 WEST AND TOWN LOTS 69 AND 70 EAST, FORMERLY PART OF RPUD 2 AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS "HIDDEN HARBOR . " Those present were the Mayor, Vice Mayor Bill Paul and Commissioners Arthur Eypel, David Augenstein and John F. Rand. Town Manager Mary Ann Mariano and Attorneys George P. Roberts, Jr. and Charles F. Schoech were also in attendance, as was Court • Stenographer Nancy Coning. Acting Town Clerk Doris Trinley served as Recording Secretary. No members of the general public were present. Immediately after the Special Meeting was convened, it was recessed to accommodate Attorney Roberts' request for an Executive Session under Florida Statutes 286.011. The Recording Secretary left the Chambers at this time. The Executive Session adjourned at 4:30 P.M., at which time Mayor Voress reconvened the Special Meeting.. Only the Recording Secretary re-entered the Special Meeting• there were no members of the general public present. For the record, it was noted the following were present for the Executive Session: MAYOR ARLIN VORESS VICE MAYOR BILL PAUL COMMISSIONER ARTHUR EYPEL COMMISSIONER DAVID AUGENSTEIN COMMISSIONER JOHN F. SCHOECH COURT STENOGRAPHER NANCY CONING T~l 1' Town Commission Special Meeting - Minutes March 28, 1995 Page 2 of 2 Attorney Roberts advised that what transpired during the Executive Session would be transcribed verbatim by the court stenographer, and would become public record only after the litigation had been settled.
