LIBRARY STUDY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
January 22, 2002 9:30 a.m.
Chairman Leonard D. Bell called the meeting of the Library Study Committee to order
at 9:30 a.m. In attendance was Chairman Bell, Members James Niehoff, Neil Burd,
Michael Ferrara and Joanne Freeman. Mayor Thomas J. Reid, Library Director Maria
Suarez and Town Manager Ben Saag were present as advisory members.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Upon unanimous approval, the minutes of the January, 2002 meeting were approved.
NEW BUSINESS
The following issues were noted and discussed:
Correspondence had been sent to former library contributors.
Press release sent to local paper
Brochure will be mailed on or about February 11 or 12.
Date of February 15 set for invitational/informational meeting at St. Lucy's.
Mr. Saag will hold a condo manager forum in February.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 4, 2002 at 9:30 a.m.
With no further business to come before the Board, meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
