some insight into the Town's financial position in regard to consideration of a new library
facility.
Discussion moved to the upcoming mailing of an informational brochure, noting thal
items in the brochure should point out how a new library will help the town's image,
owner's image, pride to the Town and a perk to the Town.
It was suggested that distribution of brochure should be sent to residents on the voter
registration list and all library cardholder's. A target date of the 2nd week in February
(10-15th) was set for the mailing, and two coffee socials will be held the weeks of Feb
25th and March 4th.
