MEETING MINUTES
On May 19, 2005 the following committee members met in Town Hall conference room:
Leonard Bell, Sue Gray, Mari Suarez, Tom Reid, Larry Holsborg and John DeMarco.
Town Manager Dale Sugerman and Vice Mayor Asselta were also present.
The following items were discussed:
Does the committee see the room as an archival or presentation room.
Place a plaque in the room thanking Tom Sliney for his recommendation of having a
designated room.
Recognize Tom Reid for his efforts.
Give Tom Reid title of curator of the room.
Ask for donations from the community.
Obtain list of vendors who did work at Delray library.
Lighting, file cabinets, tables, chairs, custom cabinets, hard surface floor, acid free paper
• are some of the items needed in the room.
With no further business, Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Holsborg/Mr. Bell at 10:30
