Chairman/Mayor Arlin Voress called the Regular Meeting of the Trustees of the Retirement Board, Town of Highland Beach, Florida, to order in Commission Chambers at Town Hall at 1:15 P.M. At the Chairman's request, Deputy Town Clerk Doris Trinley called roll. Others present were Vice Mayor Bill Paul, Commissioner Arthur Eypel, Employee Representative Ethel Lenhardt and Police Representaive Officer Carlo Angilillo. Finance Director Michael Seaman was also in attendance, as were members of the general public. Minutes of the February 22, 1994 Regular Meeting were unanimously approved upon MOTION by COMMISSIONER EYPEL/VICE MAYOR PAUL. During review of the ICMA Quarterly Statement, Mr. Seaman advised that as of 6/30/94, monies in the 401 Retirement Plan totalled $457,550, with $395,104 in the 457 Deferred Plan. • It was also noted that the automatic service line is now in order. Mr. Seaman further advised that effective 10/1/94, three (3) new plans will be available within the 401 Plan, and one (1) new plan will be offered through the 457 Plan. More information on these plans will be forthcoming in September 1994. Performance Summaries for the month of July were as follows: Growth Stock Fund....................+3.1 Equity Index Fund....................+3.1 Equity Income Fund...................+2.3 Asset Allocation Fund................+2.0 Core Bond Fund.... **--****— ....+1.7 U.S. Treasury Securities Fund ........ +1.5 Cash Management Fund .................+ .5 There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, Chairman Voress announced the next meeting to be February 28, 1995 at 1:15 P.M.
