Town Clerk Doris Trinley called the roll. The Mayor, Vice Mayor Michael W. Hill,
and Commissioners John J. Sorrelli, Robert L. Lowe and Rachael Scala-Pistone
were present.

present, as were members of the general public.
After roll call, the Pledge of Allegiance was given.
1. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS OR ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA
• Hearing no objection, Mayor Reid declared the Agenda accepted as presented.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS AND REQUESTS
Turtle Coordinator Jose Echeverria, 1112 Russell Drive, reported a busy season
despite rainy weather.
Jean Ellis, 4105 S. Ocean Blvd., expressed concern regarding tractors "pushing"
debris off the beach rather than "cleaning" it; Town Manager Saag responded
that the Police Department will have better control over this issue when the
beach buggy is in operation. Mrs. Ellis also repeated her request for an update
of the turtle ordinance, particularly as it pertains to interior lights. She was also
advised by Commissioner Scala-Pistone that "public access" by the county as
regards beach re-landscaping would be only periodic for maintenance purposes.
