Reid called the Special Meeting to order in Commission Chambers at at 2:00 P.M. Town Clerk Doris Trinley called the roll. The Mayor, Vice Mayor Michael W. Hill, and Commissioners John J. Sorrelli, Robert L. Lowe and Rachael Scala-Pistone. Also present were Town Attorney Thomas E. Sliney and Town Manager Ben Saag. Attorney Sliney called for an Attorney-Client Private Session, as provided by Florida Statutes 286.011(8), to discuss the following: SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS OR STRATEGY RELATED TO LITIGATION EXPENSES IN THE CASE OF TOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH V. CAMILLE O. HOFFMANN; AMCO • PROPERTIES; OMEGA GROUP OF HIGHLAND BEACH, L.P.; AND JEFFREY PECHTER; CASE #CL004239AH. Mr. Sliney noted that the appropriate legal ad had been published on May 3, and advised for the record those who would be in attendance at this session: Mayor Thomas J. Reid Vice Mayor Michael W. Hill Commissioner John J. Sorrelli Commissioner Robert L. Lowe Commissioner Rachael Scala-Pistone Town Manager Ben Saag Attorney Thomas E. Sliney Attorney Larry Corman Court Reporter Denise T. Medina Mr. Sliney further advised that the Mayor would reconvene the Special Meeting at the conclusion of the Attorney-Client Private Session. The Town Clerk and the general public were then excused so the session could begin.
