2002.04.29_TC_Minutes_Executive Session• TOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH MINUTES OF TOWN COMMISSION MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION Monday, April 29, 2002 2:00 P.M Mayor Thomas J. Reid called the special Executive Session to order at 3:30 P.M. in Commission Chambers. Town Manager Ben Saag called the roll. The Mayor, Vice Mayor Michael W. Hill and Commissioners .John J. Sorrelli, Robert L. Lowe and Rachael Scala-Pistone were present. Also present were Town Manager Ben Saag and Town Labor Counsel Charles Robinson (Robin) Fawcett. A discussion ensued regarding contract negotiations with the union. Commissioner Sorrelli motioned for adjournment at 5:30 P.M. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Lowe.
