Mr. John Gamin, Director of Centel Cable Co. Operations, Southern
Region, explained the reception of the satellite is accomplished by a
small dish on the ground which receives the channels. Late in 1987
Centel moved to a new satellite. Due to the arc of the satellites,
Centel could not see the new satellite from the direction of the dish of
the existing satellite. For this reason it was necessary to install a
new earth station.
Mr. Gamin said he spoke with the Town Manager and was advised there will
be a Town Commission meeting next week to fine tune the modifications of
the lease.
The Town Attorney advised the Code Enforcement Board as to the wording
of the ORDER to be issued to Centel Cable as per agreement of all
members.
A MOTION was made by Vice Chairman Boulay/Mr. Boepple to issue the
following ORDER:
"THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) DAYS, FROM THIS
DATE, TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE APPLICABLE TOWN CODES,
ORDINANCES AND LEASE AGREEMENTS."
• The MOTION carried unanimously with all favorable votes.
Citation No. 2274 - HIGHLANDS PLACE (A. HOLLOHAZY) 2901 S. OCEAN BLVD. -

Chairman Paul advised that this has been taken care of and requires no
further action.
Citation No. 2275 - Z.O. HAMILTON INTERESTS OF FLORIDA, INC., ENCLAVES
OF BOCA COVE - REMOVE TEMPORARY ELECTRIC POLE.
Chairman Paul advised that this was corrected, therefore no further
action by the Code Enforcement Board is necessary.
Chairman Paul said the next meeting of the Code Enforcement Board will
be on May 18, 1988 with the Workshop Meeting at 9:30 A.M. and the
Regular Meeting at 10:00 A.M.
