OLD BUSINESS
Chairman Scholz stated he decided to cancel this morning's Workshop
Meeting (nothing on the agenda) and hold the Regular Meeting to clear
up some loose ends (Mac Kay, Gore, De Joseph).
When Attorney Barkin drafted the ORDER requiring the De Josephs remove
the illegally constructed brick parking spaces, he did not include the
replacement of sod, said Chairman Scholz.
Consequently, when the De Josephs removed the bricks, the citation was
satisfied. The sod should not have been omitted, continued Chairman
Scholz; it was our intent and purpose to mention the sod.
Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector Abbate said nature will
• take care of the situation. That citation and our dealings with the
De Josephs have been satisfied, sated Chairman Scholz.

issued by the Code Enforcement Board on February 19, 1986.
