Chairman Robert Scholz called the Workshop Meeting of the Code Enforce- ment Board to order at 9:30 A.M. Other members present were Secretary Ellen Gerber and Messrs. Donald Sherbondy, Robert Myers, John Chironna, Theodore Boepple, Alfred Novak and Edward J. Pearlstein (alt.). Also present were Town Manager Hugh D. Williams, Building Inspector Anthony Abbate, Recording Secretary Anne Kowals and a few Town residents. Secretary Ellen Gerber read the minutes of the January 16, 1985, Work- shop Meeting. Approval of these minutes was tabled until the Regular Meeting. Chairman Robert Scholz said the Town Commission re -appointed Ellen Gerber as a regular member to the Code Enforcement Board. Mrs. Gerber's term will expire in December, 1986. goThe Town Commission did not re -appoint Mr. Andrew Bennardo as alternate members will no longer be assigned to the Code Enforcement Board. Code Enforcement Officer Anthony Abbate sent a letter to the Coronado on February 20, 1985, apprising the management of dangerous conditions. The 'hangers' in the garage area are rusty and dangerous; balcony rail- ings are pitted and could become a serious hazzard. This is an internal problem and should be handled by the condominium association. However, where personal health and well-being are in jeopardy, the Code Enforce- ment Officer is concerned. Secretary Ellen Gerber distributed copies of a letter from Grady and Associates Inc. to 'Boca Highland Residents' soliciting apartments or townhomes for resale. This is against the Town Code. The Code Enforce- ment Officer Anthony Abbate will write a letter to that effect. Chairman Robert Scholz adjourned the Wor hop Meeting at 10:00 A.M.
