• CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
June 20, 1984 Workshop Meeting 9:30 A.M.
In the absence of Chairman Robert Scholz, Vice-chairman Robert Myers
chaired the meeting which was called to order at 9:30 A.M.
Other members present were Secretary Ellen Gerber, Messers. John
Chironna, Alfred Novak and Theodore Boepple. Also present were Town
Manager Elaine Roberts, Building Inspector Tony Abbate, Recording
Secretary Anne Kowals and a few residents.
After the roll call, Mr. Myers stated Mr. Sherbondy requested an
official excuse at the last meeting (medical reasons).
Mrs. Gerber read the minutes of the May 23, 1984 Workshop Meeting.
The Board Members accepted the minutes as read.
It was noted that the recommendations regarding recreational vehicles,
drafted by Ellen Gerber, were forwarded to the Town Commission and
Town Attorney for review.
Mr. Myers read a letter of June 11, 1984, from Attorney Sliney
advising that the proposed ammendment will be revised.

A lengthy discussion regarding the memorandum of June 5, 1984, on the
"Review of information and data concerning seawalls and inspecting
seawalls in the Town" took place. Mrs. Roberts said the Town
Commission asked this Board to review the memorandum and make
recommendations. The Board Members tabled this matter until the next
meeting when a full complement of the Board would be available to
decide if it will review the memorandum and suggest necessary
recommendations.
The Workshop Meeting was adjourned at 10:25 A.M. at which time the
Regular Meeting commenced.
