NEW BUSINESS
Preliminary Review for Single Family Residence at 2358 S. Ocean Blvd.,
Lot 134W. Submitted by Miklos & Associates, Architects, (Robert Eisen,
Trustee).
Gregory Miklos, architect, addressed the Board and explained the loca-
tion of the lot; he also presented pictures of the Balsam residence at
2352 S. Ocean Blvd. [Lot 135W], which is just north of the proposed
structure, and for which he had also been the architect. He said the
proposed single family residence would be a courtyard -type two-story,
approximately 5000 sq.ft., and include four bedrooms, an elevator and
guest quarters over the garage. He added that it was a "spec" house
at this time and that the lot had an existing seawall and dock.
The members convened to the table for review and discussion, during
which questions posed by the members were answered to their satis-
faction.
It was also noted that Building Official Lee Leffingwell had verbally
advised the plans could be given final approval should the members so
decide.
