Keller called this Special Meeting to order in Commission Chambers at
9:30 A.M., advising its purpose was as follows:
Preliminary Review for Single Family Residence at 2445

Beach Associates.
Deputy Town Clerk Doris Trinley called the roll. Present were the Vice
Chairman and Members Leonard D. Bell, Paul R. Kane, Jr., Frank L.
Colarullo and James F. Morrill. As noted above, Chairman Lowe was
absent, as was Member William Maltz.
Also present were Town Attorney Thomas E. Sliney, Building Official
Harry Heithaus and members of the general public. Town Manager Mary
Ann Mariano was in attendance in the audience.
John D. Conway, architect, addressed the Board and presented informa-
tion about the project, including that it would be two-story, approxi-
mately 10 and 1/2 thousand square feet, with an elevator, six -car
garage and barrel tiled roof. He also advised it was being built on
speculation. An artist's rendition of the structure was made available
during his presentation.
When the Building Official was asked to comment on the plans, he noted
that a certain portion of overhang on the east side extended over the
CCCL; however, the architect had submitted a letter to the effect that
it would be eliminated, which letter had been attached to the plans.
The members convened to the table for review, with the Building Offi-
cial advising that should the members so decide, the plans could be
given final review at this time.
Upon completion of review, Mr. Kane/Mr. Colarullo made the following
MOTION, which met with unanimous favorable vote.
