Delaney, representing Boca Hi, Inc., said they believe they have a vested right and interest in the RPUD-1 and are looking forward to sitting with this Planning Board and Town Commission to discuss a reasonable compromise. Chairman Saunders invited members of the audience to come forward and comment on the issues. Mr. B. Cohen, a resident of Braemar Isle at Boca Hi, said many are concerned with the number of units to be built on the "B" & "C" Sites and most residents are in favor of reducing the number of units. The resolution passed by the Planning Board should be enforced without delay. The Board is to be commended for their efforts - they are looking out for the Town, continued Mr. Cohen. Mrs. Harris, a resident of Dalton Place at Boca Hi, said there is a super - saturation of people in the Town and the Planning Board is aware of the problems with the water, traffic, density, etc. We appreciate everything the Board is doing to change the density in Highland Beach, stated Mrs. Harris.
