PRESENTATIONS ARCHITECT PETER CORRALES: MATERIAL PRICE INCREASES RE NEW MUNICIPAL LIBRARY. Mr. Corrales presented a request for material cost increase of $86,854. The increase is due to the delay in opening the water plant, as the plant is storing supplies on the library property, causing a delay in starting the library. He feels CH2MHILL should "foot" the bill, and hope there will be additional discussion. He also referenced JAP Rock and that Comm. Zwick seems offended by it. She stated that she was just referencing a news article. Sgt. Reiger gave an update on the hurricane: County lifted curfew, no more check points, dept. back to normal shifts.
