Wernecke, Mrs. D. Rome and Alternate Member Amelie Leng. Chairman Saunders stated the Public Hearing was held to consider a request for special exception for Beach Walk West for a renewal of permit for a sales trailer. At this time, Chairman Saunders requested the representative from Beach Walk West to identify himself and make his presentation. • George Ord, an attorney with Alley, Maass, Rogers, Lindsay & Chauncey., identified himself as representative of Beach Walk West. Attorney Ord stated a sales trailer has been on the property for some time. Beach Walk West would like the trailer to remain until development of property is completed and then be used as a sales trailer. Chairman Saunders asked the Board Members for their comments. Mr. Waldman spoke of the site where the trailer is situated. He said there are two openings on either side of the trailer making the area an attractive nuisance. Mr. Waldman suggested that if the permit is renewed, it should be for a period of six months, contigent with Beach Walk West closing both entrances and posting a "No Trespassing" sign. Attorney Ord agreed to the contingencies and inquired if the permit would be renewed at the end of six months, if necessary. Mr. Ord was advised that his client could apply again for an extension, at the time of expiration. Mr. Waldman made a MOTION that the permit be extended to Beach Walk West for a period of six months, contigent to closing off the two • entrances and posting a "No Trespassing" sign.
