Snyder called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m., ad- vising this was a Regular meeting of the Planning Commission/Local Planning Agency, Town of Highland Beach, Florida. The recording secretary called the roll. The Agenda is attached. Present: R. F. Blosser, W. J. Wernecke, D. R. Rome, I. S. Saunders, E. L. Snyder Absent: Dr. A. E. Tomeski Chairman Snyder advised the first order of business to be examination of an application for site plan review presented by Schweizer Associates, Post,,, Buckley, Schuh and Jernigan for Boca Hi, Inc. BOCA HI, INC. BOCA HIGHLAND RPUD, LOTS B & C SCHWEIZER ASSOCIATES/POST BUCKLEY, SCHUH & JERNIGAN FOR BOCA HI, INC. T. H. LIEBCHEN, ARCHITECT AND JOHN GLYMANN, REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT. RPUD Acreage 26.211. Units, (this phase) 272. 660 Total. Lots B & C 16 Towers and 4 Lowrise. Interior garages 95/ (408) Density Units Per acre 25.2 Length of Building Maximum 145 Width 90' (refer to preliminary architectural plans for details per site plan review applic- ation). Mr. Glyman indicated he was requesting approval for a special on -site review to be held on October 26, 1983. Town Attorney T. E. Sliney, advised no final plans have been submitted to the Planning Commission for review. Mrs. Roberts advised the.Planning Commission members they may review orig- inal drawings and site plans. It was agreed that the Planning Commission will examine the material presented by the representatives of Boca Highland at the next Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Novem- ber 9, 1983 at 9:30 a.m. TERRY L. HEALY, HIGHLAND BEACH APPLICATION FOR CARPORT (THREE CARS)_ Following discussion and examination of plans for proposed carport, mem- bers of the Planning Commission agreed to forward a request to the Town Commission to review the application. Chairman Snyder noted the meeting was recessed for lunch at 10:25 a.m. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Snyder at 11:05 a.m. Ron Hoggard representative from Gee & Jensen resumed his review of the Zoning Code. PAGE 9 RML 2 (e) (1) delete all following "Maximum building height." PAGE 11 RMM 4.5 (e)(1) Two family 6000 sq. ft. of land area per dwelling unit (total 12,000 sq.ft.) PAGE 14 RMH 4.6(e)(1) Two family 6,000 sq.ft. of land area per dwelling unit (total 12,000 sq.ft.) PAGE 15 RMH 4.6 (e) (1) Maximum heights 80 feet Motion by Mr. Snyder, seconded by Mr. Wernecke to have the RMH density remain at 20 units per acre. Mr. Blosser voted no, Mr. Wernecke, yes, Mr. Saunders, yes, Mrs. Rome, no and Mr. Snyder, yes. AGE 220 (d) (1) FENCES WALLS AND HEDGES Noncommercial docks, piers, line 24/25, add "Prior to such public hearing by the Planning Commission." (d)(2) For those in lots in RS Zoning districts with Line 4 less than fifty feet abutting the water off street parking and loading shall require a site plan review, CAB approval, and a permit from the Building Department.
