Snyder called the meeting to order at 9:27 a.m., advising this was a Public Hearing called by the Chairman of the Planning Commission Local Planning Agency, Town of Highland Beach, Florida. The recording sec- retary called the roll. The agenda is attached. Present: R. F. Blosser, W. J. Wernecke, D. R. Rome, E. L. Snyder, I. S. Saunders Absent: Dr. E. A. Tomeski MINUTES Chairman Snyder called for approval of minutes submitted for the meeting held on September 14, 1983. Motion was made by Mrs. Rome, seconded by Mr. Blosser, to accept the minutes of the meeting held September 14, 1983, as read. Mr. Wernecke voted aye, Mr. Saunders voted aye, Mrs. Rome voted aye, Mr. Blosser voted aye and Chairman Snyder voted aye. MILORD DEVELOPMENT CORP. MR. PAUL MILORD, MR. KEVIN MILORD, MR.JERRY MILORD, REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT. LOTS 11, 12, 13, 15 HIGHLAND BEACH ISLES Chairman Snyder noted the representatives present were applying for final approval by the Planning Commission for installation of dolphins and pilings at the property located at 4500 South Ocean Blvd., Highland Beach, Florida. •Town Lots 11 thru 15, Highland Beach Isles, R. T. Milord, Owner. Following review of plans Town Manager E. W. Roberts advised the Commission she will con- tact Mr. Milord regarding the answer from Town Engineers relative to re - platting site. Town Attorney T. E. Sliney advised the proposed unity of title is on file with the Town at the present time. At the conclusion of the general discussion and review of plans, members of the Planning Com- mssion present agreed to wait for additional information on the Milord project plans.
