MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION/LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY, TOWN OF HIGHLAND
BEACH, FLORIDA. OCTOBER 28, 1983. ZONING REVIEW.
•Chairman Eugene L. Snyder called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m., ad-
vising this was a continuation of the meeting held on September 14, 1983.
The recording secretary called the roll. The agenda is attached.
Present: R. F. Blosser, W. J. Wernecke, E. L. Snyder,

Mrs. Rome spoke of the letter dated October 10, 1983, received from the
Community Appearance Board, relative to Chapter 30-5.9, as it applies to
"Off Street Parking and Loading".
Chairman Snyder read the Section 5.12 Yards -- Definitions and methods
for measurement, (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) . Mrs. Rome read Sec.
5/13 "Parking, storage or use of major recreational equipment. Sec. 5.14
Bulkheads, sea walls, groins and breakwaters: was read by Mr. Saunders.
