Snyder called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m., ad- vising this was a continuation of the meeting held on September 14, 1983. The recording secretary called the roll. The agenda is attached. Rome Mrs. Rome spoke of the letter dated October 10, 1983, received from the Community Appearance Board, relative to Chapter 30-5.9, as it applies to "Off Street Parking and Loading".
